Estate Sale Project
This Estate Sale Project is our most recent renovation to date. Rather than make repairs with their own money and attempt to sell the home on the open market, the inherited property owners decided to sell to us. We purchased the property at a fair price and immediately got to work. Here are some of the pictures prior to the renovation.
Before
Our reputation is everything! We renovated this home with our experienced contractors from top to bottom. It later was sold to a local qualified buyer at a fair market price.
