We specialize in marketing to distressed sellers such as overworked landlords, divorced couples, estate sales, pre-foreclosures, homes with tax liens, etc.  We also specialize in marketing to sellers who may have a property that is in distress (in need of major repairs, deferred maintenance, etc).  We make competitive cash offers to homeowners and purchase their property at a mutually agreed upon price.  After completely renovating the property it is sold at a fair market price or leased to qualified renters in the area.
